These terms apply to the PushQuiz app. By creating an account or using the app you accept them and our Privacy Policy. Contact: support@pushquiz.app.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Your display name and photo are public in rankings and profiles. Do not use names or images that are offensive, misleading or belong to someone else.

Fair play

Do not cheat the rankings (automated answers, multiple accounts, exploiting bugs), attack or overload the service, or reverse engineer the app. We may reset progress, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content

Questions and explanations are written with care, including with AI assistance, but may contain mistakes. They are for entertainment and learning, not professional advice. Report a wrong question through Contact us. The app, its questions, design and brand belong to PushQuiz.

Premium subscription

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) sold through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. New accounts may also receive a free Premium week that ends on its own, without any charge.
• Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your PushQuiz account does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Premium features (more daily quiz times, extra tokens, streak freezes, mistake review, full history and stats, exclusive themes) may change over time; we will not remove the core of what you paid for during a paid period.

Availability

We work to deliver questions on time, but push notifications depend on your phone, network and Apple or Google, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance. The app is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PushQuiz is not liable for indirect losses or for losses beyond the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may end accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and announce important ones in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.

For App Store purchases, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
